Q. How does your system work?
A.Every day after the market closes, our algorithms run a series of complex calculations and analysis on stocks trading on multiple exchanges. We first look for those stocks that meets the first criteria, that is their price is within 5% of the established support/resistance line.We take that population of stocks and run them through a series of algorithms and back-tests to determine the final list of stock tickers.

Q. What exactly is support and resistance?
A. These concepts are two of the most highly discussed attributes of technical analysis. These terms refer to price levels that tend to act as barriers, preventing the price of a stock from getting pushed in a certain direction. Through our years of stock price analysis, we believe in the general concept that every stock is its own "living" entity, and the data, information, and conclusions derived should be viewed as exclusive and unique. Over time, a stock develops a moving price range where it can be reasonably expected to stay between, resistance at the top keeping the price from going higher and support at the bottom keeping the price from going lower. This pattern can be subjective based on an investors approach and calculations, and it seen in short and long-term analysis. If the price is within range of these levels, 5% or less, and the fundamentals and other analysis supports; we believe that the stock is a good candidate to invest in for future growth.
